Who is a wholesale customer?
A wholesale customer is a legitimate, on-going business entity engaged in buying and reselling products at a profit and has a business license in those states where it is required.

How do I place my order?
Orders may be placed by phone, fax or via e-mail. Please use the following order sheet to prepare your order, and use the product code whenever possible.

What are your terms?
We accept cash, check or credit card for your order, should you desire credit terms please contact our office. What is your Lead-Time? We appreciate any advance notice possible. You may want to look for items that we stock for faster service. We
can fill most orders for stock items on the spot. Call for lead times on custom orders.

How do you Package and Ship?
We ship most orders under 100 pounds via UPS ground. Large orders are shipped via common carrier at the best rate we can find. If you wish to use your carrier, or pick up your order, please notify us upon placing your order. Prices listed are for bulk packaging, FOB our Escondido warehouse. Should you require special packaging please call for a quote.

What is your Return Policy?
Most of our products are custom made to your specifications, as such we are only able to accept returns of our stocked items within 30 days of shipment. Should your order be damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
